1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Elysian's website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Elysian is a luxury fragrance brand offering authentic perfumes and fragrances. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Product Authenticity & Age Restrictions
Elysian guarantees the authenticity of all fragrances sold through our platform. All perfumes are sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. Our products are intended for personal use only. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase fragrances from Elysian. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase perfume products in your jurisdiction.
3. Fragrance Information & Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate information about our fragrances, including scent descriptions, notes, images, and pricing. Fragrance perception is subjective and may vary from person to person. We do not warrant that fragrance descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
4. Payment Terms & Pricing
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bkash payments. Payment is due at the time of order placement or delivery, depending on the payment method selected. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified. Prices for fragrances are subject to change without notice, but you will be charged the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
5. Fragrance Storage & Care
To preserve the quality and longevity of your fragrance, store perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep bottles tightly sealed when not in use. Elysian is not responsible for any degradation in fragrance quality due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Elysian or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Elysian's website. Elysian is not liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur from using our fragrances. Customers are advised to test fragrances on a small area before full application.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
