Return Window

You have 2 days from the delivery date to return any fragrance for a full refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all returns within Bangladesh.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your fragrance must be:

  • Untouched and unopened: The perfume bottle must remain sealed and unopened
  • Original packaging intact: The original box must be in perfect condition, unopened and untampered
  • Seal intact: All original seals, shrink wrap, and protective packaging must be present and unbroken
  • Returned within 2 days: Return request must be initiated within 2 days of delivery
  • Original receipt: Include your original order confirmation or receipt

Important: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances. The bottle and box must remain completely untouched to ensure product integrity and customer safety.

How to Return

Email us at hello@bdelysian.com with your order number and reason for return. Please include photos of the unopened product and packaging.

Get Return Label

We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Ship Your Return

Package the item securely and drop it off at any authorized location.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and process your return, you'll get your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

Original Payment Method

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Bkash Refunds

For Bkash payments, refunds will be sent directly to your Bkash account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used fragrances (bottle seal broken)
  • Fragrances without original packaging or box
  • Damaged or tampered products
  • Items returned after the 2-day return window
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Fragrances that have been exposed to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight
